This page is dedicated to things i’d like to see/things that I suspect are out there, but don’t know about/ideas that I myself would like to turn into businesses or opportunities.

Feel free to comment on anything I post here, let me know of things that accomplish what I am looking for, or even steal/build-on the ideas and use them for yourself.

• This one is important. Important because of it’s timeliness. I am very soon going to have a great contact in China and I am looking to start importing things from there. The problem is that pretty much anything is available that I want. I need to figure out what to import. We’ve been putting a bit of research into this, but haven’t been able to decide on a particular product or material. Any input on the types of things that would be good to import would be greatly appreciated.
• del.icio.us for quotes. Something that allows me to cut and paste a quote from an article, tag it, add a description to it and then it should remember the url of the quote. I would be able to view my quotes on demand, by tag if I want, and then go back to the source article when I want to by clicking on the quote. This would be great for research papers, speech writing, blog entry writing, and writing in general.
• This is something I’m sure exists, but haven’t taken the time to find it. Software that allows me to highlight sections of a page so I can read an entire article before going back and researching ideas and terms that piqued my interest. Would be useful if it remembered the highlights even if I leave a page and come back to it later. Would be great to use in conjunction with del.icio.us. A firefox extension could solve this cleanly.
• A firefox extension that identifies fonts. I would like it to identify fonts in both text and images, but even text only would be nice. It gets old having to track down a site’s css file just to see what font they are using.
