One of the most creative artists I have come across recently; he has a goal of writing a cd about every state in the nation. I’ve heard him classified as orchestral folk-pop, which just means catchy, folksy music that uses lots of instruments. He also has the greatest song titles of all time. You can check him out on PureVolume, but I suggest checking out the album Illinoise (It’s Illinois’s album) and especially the songs Chicago and The Man Of Metropolis Steals Our Hearts.
